Job Description
We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Management Analyst to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to DCSOPS Mission. With Government oversight and approval, assist with ordering supplies for the office and office missions and assist the accountable officer with property accountability and adherence to hand receipt protocols. In addition, they shall track employee training; assist with staff in-processing; handle phone calls; make travel arrangements; draft procurement requests in GFEBS, and other procurement related documents; and manage other general office support duties as required
  • Prepare or assemble DCSOPS required reports, operational orders, and slides
  • Develop and implement operational, mobilization, contingency, emergency and strategic plans to include supporting documents and maintain situational awareness for USAMRDC operational activities worldwide
  • Manage and administer the tasking management tool (ETMS2) for USAMRDC to track and respond to all external and internal tasking’s sent to the Command
  • Provide administrative and operational support for various G3/5/7 programs. This includes, but is not limited to the Command’s Organizational Inspection Program, OCONUS Travel Program, and the Travel and Conference attendance Program
  • Implement the Strategic Approach to include management of performance metrics in the Strategic Management System (SMS) or other designated systems and training. Manage the Command’s Executive Summary Repository
  • Provide administrative support to the Lean Six Sigma (LSS) program to include scheduling training, registration of students, training rooms and other resources required for the program
  • Typical annual support may include but is not limited to the following examples: over 1,000 taskers coordinated through ETMS2; over 200 metrics tracked to the strategic plan; approximately 10 LSS classes coordinated; over 50 slide sets and command reports prepared; over 20 operational, contingency or emergency event exercises coordinated; 10 Defense Readiness Reporting System-Army (DRRS-A) reports prepared and managed; and over 50 Operation Orders written and managed.
  • Provide a Security Specialist with expertise and experience in Personnel Security, Force Protection/Physical Security, and Anti-Terrorism. Individual will assist the G-2 in conducting various inspections/assessments and assisting the Personnel Security Specialist by providing administration support by accessing the various security clearance systems, fingerprinting, in and out processing, access roster maintenance along with other security related tasks. Typical annual support may include but is not limited to over six internal/external inspections/assessments, 7680 contractor vetted requests, 480 fingerprints, 1440 scheduled in/out processing appointments, 7650 security/background verifications, and 520 visit requests.
  • Assist with Digital Training Management System (DTMS) Manager support (primary or alternate) for USAMRDC and oversee/create DTMS Mangers for USAMRDC tenant units.
  • Assist with tracking and reporting support for USAMRDC in accordance with Fiscal Year (FY) Commanding General (CG) Training Guidance and Army Regulation 350-1 (Army Training and Leader Development).
  • Assist with operational support for Defense Travel System (DTS) as a G3 Action Officer (alternate) ISO Service Member Schools TDY requests and USAMRDC division level training efforts. m. Assists with operational support for G3 FY spend plan management and funds tracking.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 4 – 6 years of professional relevant experience
  • Ability to obtain a Secret Clearance
